• To save parents time and money. These school stationery boxes are usually cheaper than if the parents purchase all the items on the supply list on their own. Plus, it usually takes a couple of minutes to accomplish this task online. We had parents who told us that sometimes they had to go to several bookshops and supermarkets to get everything on the list.
• Teachers get the exact stationery items they want. When parents buy from us, we send you the exact items as requested. For example, the teachers may want Crayola Crayons, but these crayons are very expensive in the retail stores, and the parents may end up buying generic cheaper brand.

The school boxes are customized to the teacher’s requirement list and these boxes contain quality products and name brands customized to each and every grade level/ year.

The school head teacher, principal or an administrator can organize this service at your school.

School boxes are packed in a variety of box sizes so all stationery requirements can fit into one box per child.

We accept refunds only where goods are in original condition, unused, unopened and returned to us with 2 days from receipt of the box.

Yes! We offer everything available in the kenyan market and our own theschoolbox brand. Whatever brand you prefer, we can provide it!

There may be a 2-3 weeks lead time for stationery items sourced internationally.

Yes, each school box has a label with the student’s first name, last name, and his/her grade.

At an additional fee of Kshs.500 we pre label all box contents with child’s name and the grade using pre printed adhesive labels. For enquiries on this service please reach us on 0110 600 141.

We work with the administration of each school to ensure the school boxes are ready for purchase 30 days from the school opening date. We do not have set dates for orders to be closed hence our service runs through out the year.

Orders have a lead time of approximately 1-3 business days. It also depends on the volume being ordered at that time. We urge parents to please place orders early.

Occasionally parents can take advantage of the early order discount if they place their order 21 days before the first day of school.
